Kinetic Chain Release

Sharon Marks performing KCR

 What is Kinetic Chain Release?

KCR was developed by Hugh Gilbert a Physiotherapist from Govan, Scotland. The treatment uses medically and scientifically approved gentle mobilisations and stretches to help return the body to its naturally balanced state.

KCR works directly on a number of internal structures including skeletal system, muscular system and connective tissue system. Using a 23 step protocol can quickly and effectively shorten injury time.

I have found KCR to be pf particular benefit to individuals with MS and fibromyalgia, easing the symptoms of pain and stiffness that are often associated with these conditions
